Pre Stay Answers to Common Questions

In the winter it is recommended to have All Wheel Drive AWD or 4 wheel drive 4WD for the back roads and driveway. Easy down and easy up gets you there, don’t try and stop mid way up or down the driveway.

Sleeping Arrangements -

Sleeps 13 total in beds and a pullout sleeper. Room for a queen air mattress (not provided, need to bring) in the game room area.

-King, 3 Queen, Full, 1 Twin and 1 Queen Sleeper

Sheets provided for all beds and towel sets for 13

Heating and Cooling-

The house has a main heating and cooling system on each floor. Each bedroom has a local thermostat for heating in the winter. The Living room has a gas fireplace.

Main System (Heating and Cooling)-Heat and cools the whole house. Leave bedroom doors open to help keep the temp even.

Cooking-

The kitchen is supplied with basic cooking pots/pans, dishes, glasses, silverware and utensils.

Modern kitchen with granite counter tops, full size refrigerator, flat top burners, stove, oven, toaster, pot coffee maker, Keurig and a quiet dishwasher.

Weber Grill 3 burner propane grill and grilling utensils is located on the deck near the kitchen/dinning area.

Seating for all here overlooking the fire pit and peaceful surroundings. High pub table, picnic bench and table for entertaining and eating.

Fit Pit is located out in front of the deck. Fire wood is not provided and can be picked up locally at the Lake Harmony Market, road side sales, hardware stores and you can walk to N Lake Dr where there are a few owners that sell split firewood.

Quoits game is located near the fire pit area.

WiFi-

House has fast WiFi service.

TVs in the Living Room and Recroom seating area are Smart TVs and can stream many subscriptions like Netflix and more. Sign in to Roku for other options.

Gameroom/Bar-

Bar has a small refrigerator for keeping beverages cold. Game room has shuffle board, Tiki Toss, Cornwall bag toss, Giant Jenga, checker table and many board games.

Lake-

Walk to the lake and Lake Harmony Water Sports. Lake Harmony beach is a less than a mile to the beach parking at Wood St.

Beach-

Beach is a short drive from the house and has free parking. House beach pass provided for 12, passes for additional people are a small charge at the beach checkin.

Location-

Located within walking distance to many Lake Harmony Restaurants (Nick’s, Shenanigan’s, Piggies, Terra Cottage Cafe, Louie’s) Hog Heaven Ice Cream and Lake Harmony Watersports. Lake Harmony Market has some last minute conveniences, sandwiches, fire wood, slushies and take out beer.

Less than a mile drive to Big Boulder and about 6 miles to Jack Frost. Just a short drive to Split Rock where you can enjoy more restaurants, mini golf, golf course, small water indoor water park, arcade, bowling and more.
