Check-In Instructions:
- Check in after 3:00 PM (sorry no early check-ins)
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. Use the code from your Evolve reservation
- Cover the keypad with your hand to lock
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately
Check-Out Instructions:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
- Please return all remotes to the designated location
- Please set the thermostat to 50 degrees and the set the ductless systems to 67 degrees
- Please place the beach tag back on the key ring by the main entrance. Lost beach tag will be charged $400
- Close and lock all windows and exterior doors (keep interior doors open)
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
Lake Harmony Estates Association Rules
- Quiet time 11:00pm - 7:00am (Take it inside during quiet hours as even talking outside carries)
- No fireworks are allowed in Lake Harmony Estates at anytime
- No loud music, yelling, disturbing the peace, etc at anytime
- Fire Pit-Please call Carbon County Command Center at 570-325-9111 before starting a fire in the fire pit to let them know you are starting a camp fire.
- Do not move fire pit, current location and setup meet regulations for Lake Harmony Estates. Absolutely no fires anywhere else on the property
- Many of the houses nearby are full time residents, please respect them and the association rules and their privacy.
- NOTE: **any fines for violations of the Lake Harmony Estates rules will be charged to the renter**
House Rules:
- No smoking- $1000 fine for smoking inside the house, or any evidence found. *Strictly enforced*
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- While there are in-unit laundry machines, please only do small loads of laundry
- Please do not put any garbage or grease down the sink
- Please no dot flush wipes of any kind
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

Wireless Internet Instructions:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival
Additional Information:
-Kitchen and grill have basic cooking utensils. Only 1 paper towel roll, 2 toilet paper rolls (one for each bathroom), trash bags and dish soap are provided to get you started
- Pillows, sheets, comforters and towels are provided.
-During Summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day) a beach tag is provided and is good for up to 10 people. For parties over 10 there are temporary passes available for purchase with the beach attendant with a credit card. Beach and parking are at South Lake Dr and Wood Street by the lake. After parking, follow the signs through the gate to the beach. Please place the beach tag back on the key ring by the main entrance. Lost beach tag will be charged $400

- 6 vehicles can be parked in the driveway
- NOTE: 4 wheel drive/all wheel drive is recommended during winter months
