Lake Harmony Estates Association Rules

  • Neighborhood (Lake Harmony Estates Association) Rules

    • Quiet time 11:00pm - 7:00am  (Take it inside during quiet hours as even talking outside carries)

    • No fireworks are allowed in Lake Harmony Estates at anytime

    • No shooting guns of any kind

    • No loud music, yelling, disturbing the peace, etc at anytime 

    • Fire Pit-Please call Carbon County Command Center at 570-325-9111 before starting a fire in the fire pit to let them know you are starting a camp fire.

      • Do not move fire pit, current location and setup meet regulations for Lake Harmony Estates.  Absolutely no fires anywhere else 

    • Many of the houses nearby are full time residents, please respect the association rules and their privacy.

  • Take Trash out Sunday night and on checkout day.  

    • All trash must be bagged sealed and put out in the trash cans in the wooden trash bin at the end of the driveway.  Trash pickup is early Monday morning.

    • Make sure the bin is secured and latched.  

    • Absolutely no trash on the outside of the bin.  (animals will get into the trash if not secured in the bin)

  • Fire Pit Use-Please call Carbon County Command Center at 570-325-9111 before starting a fire in the fire pit.  Just them know you are starting a camp fire at 19 Tobyhanna St, Kidder Township, Lake Harmony

    • Do not move fire pit, current location and setup meet regulations for Lake Harmony Estates.  Absolutely no fires anywhere else on the property

*Violation of  Lake Harmony Estates Association Rules will result in eviction and any violations, citations,  fines or police visit will be charged to renter
